Vloggers, Please Step Forward
For those who are good writers, without a doubt, "blogging" is a great tool to connect with consumers and peers — and it seems to be growing more popular every year.
But if you're not a strong writer and have a tougher time at translating what's in your mind into words, "Vlogging" or video blogging may be the answer, especially with YouTube being so popular.
I would welcome comments and suggestions from any real estate practitioner who actually "Vlogs" or knows of a practitioner who does "Vlogging." Share your "Vlog" link with us!
Does it generate leads for your business? How much time do you devote to "Vlogging?" What topics do you vlog about? How often?

Dina,
Great topic. I've secured a domain to do vlogging, but have found that my equipment isn't good enough to create the image that I want to produce. My Digital camcorder just isn't giving me the sound quality that I wanted when I began the process.
That said, the best RE vlogger I've found is Rachel Natalie Klein's http://www.intothebox.tv/
I know several others that use it to supplement their blogging efforts.
Does it make money? For Rachel it does. But then she isn't an agent and has professional training and equipment.
For the rest of us, it seems a bit of a "toy" to try and gain business.
Good luck!

Thank for the post, great advice. "VLOGGING" is the new thing, and I think as Young Professionals, we should embrace the new medium.
