is my ABSOLUTE favorite real estate book!! If it weren't for Jennifer Allan and her wonderful book, I wouldn't be selling real estate today. Love it, love it, LOVE IT!!!

I have Jennifer Allan's first edition and am now reading the second, "Sell with Soul: Creating an Extraordinary Career in Real Estate without Losing your Friends, ...". I agree with Sue Gabriel that this is my favorite real estate book. Her approach of concentrating on your SOI rather than cold calling, door knocking,etc. makes sense to me. This model works best in today's society.
