In my Los Angeles neighborhood, if you are hoping to meet potential home buyers, it is hard to beat the Twilight Open House - the people dropping in haven't been to four or five other open houses (because there aren't any) and are more likely to start a conversation.

Phyllis, it's interesting that you raised the idea. Our senior editor Wendy Cole recently spent time at a twilight open house and is writing about it for an upcoming issue of REALTOR magazine.
