Do Realtors consider marketing a listing as film location to help generate income for the owner?

Yes, I have been contacted by studios before & passed the info on to the homeowner.

One point about open houses... as the market slows and open houses become slower, stealing increases. As fewer are viewing the homes, it is easier for a team of two to have one of the team distract the Realtor.
