In the first article entitled "10 Ways to Give Your Web Site an Edge" it discusses having the an exhaustive search capabilities.
One thing I have noticed is that terminology used varies from region to region and can often confuse the prospective buyer. Do you feel we need to have more standardization of terminology for search?
