Churches as tenants

In need of a tenant for your strip mall, R&D facility, warehouse, cineplex, arena? Churches in need of big space for large congregations have found new uses for empty commercial space -- and they're saving quite a bit of money along the way -- according to an article from the Wall Street Journal . Though some neighbors have concern about increased traffic flow, neighboring commercial tenants find churches advantageous. Churches bring business to nearby restaurants and retailers. On the flipside, churches stand to gain parishioners as a result of increased visibility and nearby business traffic.
