This blog is a wonderful idea! We use blogging on a daily basis to promote our selves and our associates! We look forward to reading more!

Dick,
Thank you for braving the cold Michigan weather to speak to us here in Michigan. I really enjoyed listening to you and hearing your great stories. You make it look so easy! We need your insight in our Michigan market and it was much appreciated.

I think this is a great medium for communication with Realtors. Thanks for setting this up for all of us and keeping us informed on what is going on. I look forward to a lot of great posts. - Karl

There is tons of information out there that real estate agents do not know about that can be learned from these blogs. This is great! I am looking forward to all the info I can get. www.beckylooper.com .

This blog is great and look forward to all it will bring to us.
Thank you,

I have always found that the best way to learn is from one's peers! I look forward to this line of communication!

The Rocky Mountain regional resort areas are booming. How will NAR help us to get the word out?

Communication and sharing from REALTORS all across the country and beyond. Aren't blogs great!!! Thank you for helping to spread the word.

This is an excellent idea and a great source of communication. This can be a marketing advantage.

Hi Diane & Bob Arenholz -

The place I have used to find virtual assistants is elance.com. It's a virtual site for freelancers, including personal assistants.

I have also used the www.globetask.com team, which offers a free trial of a few tasks to see if this works for you or not.

You can also get some ideas on how to find and how to utilize virtual assistants from Timothy Ferriss's book, "The four hour work week", and he has a humorous online article about this here: http://www.fourhourworkweek.com/ferriss-book-outsourcing.htm

I hope that's helped!

Blogging is exciting and innovative! It is great to see NAR get involved with blogging. I started writing a blog about a month ago, and it is a great, low cost way to articulate to your clients that you are on the cutting edge of the real estate business. Plus, you end up reading (and internalizing) a lot more about real estate than you ever did before!

I think this is a terrific avenue for the older generations in real estate to connect with the younger generations of future clients and agents.

The trick in having a blog, although, is getting people to write on it. How do you get people to comment?

This is a very good idea. We have been talking about incorporating a blog into our website and maybe this will be a beginning point to show everyone how it works. The internet is the first source for many and we as REALTORS need to be aware. Thanks for moving us into this generation!

A great idea!!! I thought of it a year ago after remembering that lawyers have a personal web site (CELA)that they can share info and help each other (discreetly).
This could be a great learning tool and agents will make new partners across the divides.
My first suggestion is...put a spell check with this BLOG.
Happy New Year Everyone from Orange County, California.

Hopefully we can help diffuse much of the negative speculation towards the current real estate market, as that's one of the reasons its so bad. Now we just need to get consumers to listen.

Excellent Idea. This BLOG will be a great source to find out information on what's happening at the NAR. I've bookmarked it into my favorites.

The Voices of Real Estate Blog will be a great addition to NAR and Realtor.org. I'm looking forward to reading the daily posts.

Thank you for putting this BLOG together.

Thank you for being innovative. I look forward to understanding more about Blogs and communicating with my peers.

How exciting! Another great way to network with the best of the pros in our industry!

Blogs? I can do that. To me it's another way of saying chat. A way for me to share some of my Ideas with everyone.
It is also a great way for us to know that the Guys at the Top are interested in what we have to say.
Thanks, Great Job

WOW this was long overdue , this is a great idea this will really help us all, maybe we can all share the good of this market (which is GOOD) instead of bringing down the spirit of all Good Realtors, and making the public believe this is a Bad Market, I believe this is the best market for the professionals to shine and for those that are not a good time to get out!

I look forward to read lots of member blogs and be informed.

Interesting blog. Hopefully, with this blog, we will begin to see more Realtors jump on the blogging bandwagon soon!

Thank you for creating this blog and giving me the opportunity to experience what a blog is all about. I look forward to participating and the information will be useful.

Cool! I'm "hip and young"!! (Somehow, I think my teenagers would disagree)

I am extremely excited about a Primary blog spot for Realtors to communicate and share with each other and our Leadership Team. I am looking forward to making it my favorite blog! Thank You!

Would love to be a part of this - we are listing and selling agents in Westchester and Putnam Counties - Also, any suggestions as to where I can locate a virtual assistant?

Great Idea, I hope that it works out and is seems to be a great way to keep everyone informed!

This is fantastic, a blog. It's what all those hip young kids are doing, so why not the Realtor Leadership?

Yes, this is great way to interact with NAR leadership on a regular basis. Will Realtor.org be willing to have other blogs - like international?

Thank you for initiating this great communication site. I have passed this information to my Association (McAllen,South Texas)and to the Leadership in Mexico (AMPI).
We look to keeping you informed.
