Buying property is only a mouse click away

Imagine finding a property online, immediately getting into your car to check it out, then coming back to your computer to instantly secure an online mortgage, and placing a downpayment via credit card on the place. That is what Ahmed Goheer did in Dubai recently using Simsari.com. The Sydney Morning Herald reports that Simsari.com may be "the first [site] that allows buyers to arrange mortgages online and make credit card deposits on their properties." While many may want to visit the property before they buy, this site may offer a good opportunity for the investment market.
