Up, up and away... and out of reach

Britons are bracing for long term home price increases that may cripple communities in less than 5 years. Projected appreciation is expected to rise approximately 50% more than current prices. At that rate, the cost of housing is rising close to 10 times faster than wage increases. The implications of this could have disastrous effects on the poor, working class, and even upper middle class.
