Buyers looking for more unusual home features

Think you know what your buyers want? You may want to think again. Granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and hardwood floors are all popular choices in today's market, but there are some more unusual options popping up. CNNMoney.com highlights some of author Mark Nash's survey findings on what buyers are looking for. What's hot? Upscale garages, caving, rejuvenation rooms, heated patios and snoring rooms. What's not? Spiral staircases, bamboo floors and hardwood laminate flooring.
