Refreshing rookies

For some home buyers there is no substitute for an experienced Realtor. However, take heart newbies, your energy, enthusiasm, and eagerness may be just what a house hunter needs to find that dream home. Realtor membership is 1.3 million strong, so the competition can be fierce, especially for new agents. However stressing up to date training, previous job skills, and the ability to focus more personal attention on your clients may overcome objections to working with rookie Realtors.

For kids' sake

Open floor plans may be all the rage, but not when you’ve got babes. Factoring in kid friendly features is a must for clients with small children. Good schools may rank right up their with rooms that allow for baby gates and bedrooms within close proximity of each other. While most buyers seek a home with charm and character, practicality makes way when children are the focus of the family.
