Real Estate Teams in the future

Wayne Morgan says, "In the future, Realtors® who form teams and design, build and run their business like a business will continue to thrive and prosper, while individuals doing it on their own will be left behind." Teams have the advantage of synergy. Single proprietors are responsible for all aspects of their business, which leads to burnout.

They trust us to hire them only if they can make it; unfortunately, that’s not always the case."
